KINOVA LABS — SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Overview
By purchasing a subscription with Kinova Labs, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this carefully before subscribing. Subscribing to our products means you are enrolling in a recurring billing program where your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you select until you cancel.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically at each renewal interval. By completing a subscription purchase, you are expressly authorizing Kinova Labs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date.
Subscription Opt-In Process
Kinova Labs maintains a clear and transparent 3-step opt-in process for all subscription purchases:
- The subscription option is clearly displayed and must be actively selected on the product page — it is never selected by default without your action
- Your subscription selection is displayed again in your cart before checkout is completed
- A subscription confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase, confirming your subscription details, billing frequency, and next renewal date
By completing checkout with a subscription option selected, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these subscription terms and have authorized recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscription Management
You are in full control of your subscription at all times. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your personal subscription portal. A direct link to your portal is included in every subscription confirmation email and every renewal email. No phone call or email to support is required to manage your subscription — it is entirely self-service.
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. It is your responsibility to be aware of your billing dates, which are clearly communicated in your confirmation and renewal emails.
Billing and Renewal
Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the then-current subscription price. Kinova Labs reserves the right to update subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge your payment method. Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
No Refunds on Processed Subscription Orders
All subscription renewal orders are processed and dispatched on the morning of your billing date. Due to the speed of our fulfillment operations, once a renewal order has been processed and shipped it is not eligible for refund, return, or cancellation. This applies regardless of when the cancellation request is received after the billing date.
Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to future billing cycles only. The processed order will not be refunded.
Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time orders only and cannot be applied to any recurring subscription charges or repeat purchases. Subscription renewals are final once processed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have authorized recurring charges to your payment method and agree to contact Kinova Labs support at support@kinovalabs.co before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.
Kinova Labs maintains detailed records of all subscription opt-ins, including timestamps, IP addresses, checkout confirmation data, and email delivery logs. This documentation will be submitted in full in response to any chargeback or dispute filed with a payment provider or financial institution.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate subscription charge that you authorized may be considered fraudulent and may be disputed accordingly. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your self-service portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive and be charged for any orders that were already processed before your cancellation was submitted.
Kinova Labs is not responsible for subscription charges that occur because a customer failed to cancel before their renewal date. It is the customer's sole responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel in advance of their next billing date if they do not wish to be charged.
Damaged or Defective Subscription Orders
If a subscription order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@kinovalabs.co with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. This is the only circumstance under which a subscription order may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
