We stand behind every product we make. If you try Kinova Labs and don't feel it's working for you, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order — no hassle, no hard feelings.

 

To qualify, we ask one thing: give it a real shot. Between days 20 and 40 from your delivery date, you must send a check-in email to support@kinovalabs.co sharing how things are going. This check-in is required to be eligible for a refund. Customers who do not send a check-in email within this window forfeit eligibility for the money-back guarantee. This gives us a chance to support you through the process and ensure you're getting the most out of the product. If after 60 days you're still not satisfied, contact us and we'll process your refund in full. No need to send anything back.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@kinovalabs.co. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Subscription Orders

 

Our subscription plan gives you the best value and ensures you never run out. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed and fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect going forward — they do not apply retroactively to orders already processed. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time orders only and cannot be applied to any recurring subscription charges or repeat purchases.

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kinovalabs.co with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice. This applies to both one-time and subscription orders. We will cover return shipping costs for all eligible defective or incorrect item cases.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All sales are final outside of the circumstances outlined above. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.

 


Lost Packages

 

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at support@kinovalabs.co so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Every order is personally insured by us — if your package is genuinely lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@kinovalabs.co

 

European Union Customers

 

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at support@kinovalabs.co to initiate this process.
