Who We Are Kinova Labs LLC operates the website kinovalabs.co. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction.
Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no exceptions.
Shipping Range We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are considering expanding our delivery areas in the future.
Our Commitment Every order placed with Kinova Labs is personally insured by us. If your package is lost or never delivered, we will replace it — no hassle, no runaround. That's our promise.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10:00 PM GMT are processed the same day — orders placed after will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or weather and logistical disruptions outside of our control.
Courier Services We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post for all shipments.
Tracking Information Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update, as shipments can take time to register movement through international transit. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
Lost or Undelivered Packages We personally insure every package we ship. If your order is genuinely lost or never delivered, we will send a replacement at no cost to you — simple as that.
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days and the full delivery window has passed. If this applies to your order, contact us at support@kinovalabs.co and we will investigate with the carrier and get a replacement out to you.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Kinova Labs is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@kinovalabs.co and we will do our best to intercept the order before it ships.
